An active experience that will enhance your body, mind and spirit.
Surviving in the woods requires several things food,
water, shelter and teamwork. This unique team building
workshop focuses on using the experience and knowledge
of the entire group to overcome certain challenges they could
be faced with in survival situations. Participants learn the
basics of compass use and safe fire building. Then, through
simulations, participants put these skills to use along with
their own problem-solving techniques to 'survive'and return
safely to camp. By working together to prioritise needs and
solve problems that arise, students will discover important
insights about group interactions, as well as practise valuable
wilderness survival skills. This workshop will be customised
to suit your group and can be run over one or two days.
By its very nature, life in the woods encourages initiative,
self-reliance and teamwork.
