staff, general information, and preparation for 'Strengths
Feedback'.
10.05 a.m. Ice Breaker Session: Playful activities
to stimulate positive interaction, a relaxed atmosphere and
trust.
10.30 a.m. Expectation Management: Group work session,
which motivates people to participate more fully during the
workshop.
Outline:
Group is divided into teams.
Each team receives writing material and a set of questions.
Teams discuss the questions and present their findings
to the entire group.
Facilitator responds to any concerns that may come
up.
Questions:
Do you have any concerns and considerations regarding
today?
What can you do to help make this training a success?
What have you heard about this training?
What do you want to get out of this training?
10.50 a.m. Contracting: The goal of "contracting"
is to create an atmosphere in which everyone in the group
feels emotionally safe (during the workshop and after). Contracting
is a "set of rules "proposed by the group and relates
to "how they want to work together and treat each other".
11.00 a.m. Experiential Learning Task(s) followed
by debrief session with focus on agreed training objectives.
