In order to ensure delegates benefit from and absorb your entire conference’s workshops and lectures, it is essential to keep participants engaged and inspired. We are at your service and offer Conference PLUS, a programme that will ‘wake up’ and entertain attendees throughout your whole symposium. These exciting activities promote team building and bonding between participants. Once they complete one of our interactive team games, delegates will be ready to soak in the rest of the day’s informative content.
We can cater to any setting and seating arrangement, any theme, any schedule and any conference size, from 200 to over 1000 participants. Kippure Estate’s staff will listen to your specific needs so that activities are compatible with your conference’s itinerary and planned outcomes. Team activities can even be planned to reinforce material covered at your corporate event. Choose one or more activities to fill any time slot from 15 to 90 minutes. Team exercises may take place at the beginning of the day, in between sessions or whenever you see fit – onsite and offsite!
Conference PLUS team building games will not only keep participants invigorated, but will also spur them into endless fits of laughter. These fun and lively activities will prompt delegates to communicate, work together and learn something new about one another. All we require is standard conference multi-media equipment (PowerPoint projector, a sound system and a wireless microphone) and we will take care of the rest. Our events manager and supporting staff will lead the entire group by providing instructions, supplying equipment, encouraging enthusiastic participation and awarding points and prizes. The leader will explain activities using a brief slide show and accompanying music that will pump up a group of any size.

Sample activities
- Balloon Sort – A simple, fun activity where each participant blows up a balloon, one of several colours, and keeps it in the air for 10 seconds at a time. When the music starts, participants keep their balloons aloft and move towards members who have the same balloon colour. The game continues until all colour groups are formed. In a theatre seating arrangement, where it is difficult to move freely, participants stay put and work cooperatively to navigate balloons in their proper groupings.
- Double Take – In this interactive and communicative game, participants are challenged to quickly find another person around the room who matches them with regard to some aspect of their lives. We will flash criteria on the screen, such as “exact eye colour”, “same number of brothers”, “born in the same hospital” or “same colour of socks”. Prizes can be awarded to pairs who have at least three things in common, such as “same first name, same star sign and same car!”
