This is anything but a typical business outing. It's a day at the office you won't want to miss! The Challenge Zone is the ultimate teambuilding test of stamina, strength and cleverness.
The Challenge Zone team event is not an individual trial – it is a test that participants MUST complete together as a group. This outdoor team building encounter will uncover the deepest level of support as workmates encourage one another to complete each task. This team exercise is challenging, yet fun and engaging, and promotes motivation, communication and team bonding.
We affectionately call our low ropes course the "Challenge Zone". As participants leap from stone to stone, traverse tight wires and navigate a labyrinth made of cord, they share laughter, energy, imagination, calculated risk, and the experience that anything is possible with the assistance of their team. Roles of leaders, morale boosters, strategists and helpers naturally evolve. Your team will return back to work with raised confidence and a renewed cohesiveness with their colleagues.
Your group will be divided into smaller teams that rotate through the obstacle course. Teams may compete against one another; in this case, the team with the highest amount of points wins. Kippure Estate’s trained and professional motivation staff will clearly explain each challenge, supervise and maintain safe practices.
To prolong your corporate event into a full day affair, book for your group other Kippure Estate team activities, such as orienteering challenges or high ropes courses. Additionally we offer corporate entertainment options such as themed dinners and corporate barbecues.
| ABOUT OUR LOW ROPES COURSE
Our unique low ropes course is basically a playground for
adults set in beautiful mature woodland - it is purpose built with specific
group exercises and team development in mind.
Generally speaking low ropes activities involve traversing
a distance using limited available resources, e.g., jumping across stepping
stones or walking on a tight wire whilst holding onto a rope tied at one
end to a tree. Low Ropes activities usually take place below 2 meters in
height. Therefore, no safety rope is needed, but many activities do involve
"spotting" (using people with arms out to catch). |
Your group will be supervised by qualified instructors who
will provide for safety concerns and brief you on each and every element.
The Challenge Zone event can be point scored with an award
presentation at the end of the event. |
