Kippure Estate has been Ireland's premier provider of creative, fun and effective team building games, team building training, outdoor experiential learning as well as conference and incentive events since 1999. This means that Kippure’s team building division has been in operation as a dedicated quality operator with genuine experience in developing, tailoring and delivering team building programmes for over 11 years. Clients such as Microsoft, Allianz, ESB, DIT, Henkel, Public Appointments Services, Business Objects and Dublin Airport Authority have all benefited from our knowledge and experience.
Our own resources and facilities…
If you book with us you can be satisfied that we will keep a close reign on all resources and facilities, thus ensuring that what has been promised to you will actually be delivered on time, in the right place and in the right way. Our independence also means we can be flexible if required. We pride ourselves on the fact that we provide our own outdoor activities on our own land, that we can offer our own onsite accommodation for groups of up to 120 people, we have our own onsite training centre including showers and changing facilities as well as various multi-function rooms providing extra space for meetings or evening entertainment. Whatever your group’s catering requirements – we can look after them in our kitchen. We can even offer you a fully licensed residence bar, making certain you can continue bonding with your fellow workers in the evening.
Our location…
Kippure Estate provides the perfect location for team building, leadership training, management development and corporate events. The 240 acres private estate is set in the heart of the beautiful Wicklow Mountains and inspires the feeling of true wilderness and “being away from it all”. However, we are only 25 minutes from the M50 and 45 minutes from Dublin city centre.

Kippure Estate’s team building division is not an agency; we are not a “shop-window” for other operators on which we put our brand. All the team building programmes on this website have been personally developed by us and are run by our own qualified professional full-time staff.
We tailor programmes to meet the client’s needs…
We have developed our own range of team building programmes and activities that can be drawn upon to target a client's specific aims or to simulate a required situation or theme. The tailoring of an event involves building the programme from scratch to suit the client’s needs and customising programme elements to interconnect with specific client objectives such as teamwork and bonding, morale-building, motivation, change initiatives – or simply just having fun together in a relaxing environment.

Beware of those operators who simply round up a few mates, put them in bright shirts, and then expect them to deliver team building programmes to a corporate client. Unfortunately, great events don't come that easily and the skills and expertise involved in running corporate events don’t happen overnight. For this reason we are especially proud of our dedicated team of highly experienced group facilitators and suitably qualified outdoor instructors. Our people are mature and capable and have been with us for a long time. They are fun, friendly and professional - you can be sure that they know what they are doing!
